Referral Program
Know a company or someone that needs precision plastic parts? Send them our way — when they place their first qualifying order, you get paid.
How It Works
1. Refer
Send us your contact's name, company, and email using the form below.
2. They Order
The new company places a qualifying order of $250 or more within 90 days of being referred.
3. Get Paid
You earn 5% of their first order, up to $750 — paid via account credit or check.
Terms
Who can refer?
Anyone — you don't need to be an existing Mithril customer.
What counts as a "new" customer?
A company with no orders placed with Mithril in the past 12 months.
What's a qualifying order?
Any order of $250 or more that is invoiced and paid in full.
How much do I earn?
5% of the referred company's first qualifying order, up to a maximum of $750.
How and when do I get paid?
Via account credit or physical check, your choice, within 30 days of the referred company's first invoice being paid in full. Other arrangements for payment may be available upon request.
How long do they have to order?
The referred company must place their first order within 90 days of being referred, or the referral expires.
How is the referral tracked?
The referred company must identify who referred them in writing — on the quote request, order, or a follow-up email — at the time of quote or order. Verbal-only claims don't qualify.
What disqualifies a referral?
Self-referrals, referring yourself or an entity you control, and referrals of Mithril employees or their immediate family. This is at the discrection of Mithril. If abuse if found, Mithril reserves the right to refuse payout and may seek legal action.
Can the program change?
Mithril may modify or end the program at any time — changes won't affect referrals already submitted. Mithril has final discretion on eligibility and payout disputes, and referrers are responsible for any tax reporting on rewards received.
