We begin with in-depth consultations to understand your project’s needs, define goals, and create a detailed plan with timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Your concepts are translated into manufacturable designs. Moldings, print orientation, type of plastics, throughput, and other expectations are established.
Printings or injections begin. Inline inspections and process flow become established. Product is examined and cleaned up of any burrs, stringing, or other imperfections. Curing, annealing, and washing are performed as well.

Product is inspected for dimensional accuracy and consistency. Any defects are segregated and recorded. Delivery of product is performed — followed by customer service.
